Sweetest Day Sweetest Day is in many respects similar to Valentines Day except that the traditional giving of candy is not limited to a loved one. Sweet offerings are generally distributed in heart-shaped boxes coloured the traditional red or pink to children or others who are thought to be deserving of a little sugar-based pampering.
